We currently accept payments from all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.
How long will delivery take?
The average shipping time from ordering to your door is 5-7 business days. (USA shipping only). However we do outsource some of our products in which case the shipping times average 14-18 business days. Products with longer shipping times will be stated in their descriptions. Please contact us anytime if you have concerns.
Are orders processed during holidays?
Although we process orders throughout the year. Usually there is no shipping on the following U.S. holidays via major carriers: New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Day
What exactly happens after ordering?
As soon as we receive your order we get to work. First you will receive an email Order Confirmation followed by updates on your Order Status. Tracking Information will be provided as soon as your order shipment is in transit. This typically happens within 24-48 hours.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Our store will automatically send you an invoice upon confirmation of your order.
What is the Returns Policy?
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return before returning the item. Within 15 days of sale of the products you purchased from us, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund. We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.

How do I delete my account. I don't see that option in my dashboard.
We have a "no questions asked" delete policy. Just send is a message through the contact page asking to delete your account. You account will be deleted within 24 hours.
